Join LevelUp , a division of Noble Capital, as a Finance Systems Analyst , and play a hands-on role in strengthening the firm's financial visibility and business intelligence infrastructure across its portfolio of companies.
This is a full-time, on-site position in North Austin with a target start date of 7 / 7 / 25.
YOUR MISSION
As a Finance Systems Analyst , you'll work directly with the Director of Finance Systems to support real-time reporting, manage data flows across vendors and systems, and maintain high-accuracy KPIs. Your role is critical to building a scalable, automated financial infrastructure across Noble's platform—and evolving into a lead analyst or systems builder as you grow.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Management Information Systems (MIS) Information Technology Business Analytics , or a related field
- Strong foundational understanding of both financial principles and information systems
Preferred :
Internship or 1–2 years of experience in financial systems, business intelligence, or data analysisExposure to financial operations within multi-entity or fast-growth environmentsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily data operations and financial system integrations between internal teams and vendorsMonitor and maintain KPI dashboards for portfolio companies and internal business unitsEnsure accuracy and consistency across financial metrics, dashboards, and internal reportsAssist with the development of automated reporting tools, especially in Power BIHelp manage data transactions related to banking, cash, accounts payable / receivable, and reconciliationsDocument operational workflows and execution matrices to support onboarding and system transitionsCollaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve transparency and financial reportingPREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Power BI or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Fathom)Familiarity with financial and accounting systemsStrong Excel / Google Sheets proficiencyExperience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)Comfort working with and managing large data setsWHO YOU ARE
