General Requirements : Client Services Coordinator- Logistics & Operations Support.
- Seven (7) to Ten (10) years working in Phlebotomist position (mobile preferred).
- Two (02) to Three (03) year manager or supervisor experience.
- Possess an Associate’s Degree at a minimum (Can be waived in lieu of experience).
- Four (04) to Five Years advanced and technical experience performing and teaching.
- Phlebotomy, specimen Collection procedures, includes PCR test collections accessioning, and specimen prep within a clinical laboratory or medical setting.
- Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
- Must be willing to attend and become a Certified Associate Project Manager Training with tuition assistance provided by the company.
- Must be willing to attend and become trained / certified in Six Sigma continuous process improvement methodology starting at the Yellow or Green Belt level up to Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Level with tuition assistance provided by the company.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Will report to A2A corporate leadership team includes as directed.Work with vendors providing support services and facilitate management of accounts.Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.Receive and dispatch / assign / manage orders to drivers in the field utilizing web-based platform.Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.Use radio, phone or computer to facilitate crews, vehicles & technicians perform duties as called upon to appropriate locations.Uses vehicle tracking systems to monitor routes and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.Facilitates and monitors readiness tracking of technicians in the field.Using proprietary dispatch system provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.Must have active cell phone; Will also be issued company phone.Interfaces with providers and customers to confirm appointments and facilitate smooth operations.Monitors Program Management Boards on Cloud platform for accuracy and continuity.Learns Dispatch & Order Management Process.Assists with learns how to compile, author, edit, publish and certify Standard and Desktop Operating Procedures (SOPs & DOPs) via automated policy platform.Must participate in all company assigned training.Working with Client Services / Operations Coordinator maintains accountability of company vehicles which includes :Ensures collection of Morning Inspection / Shift Start (ST) and End of Day (EoD) Shift End (SE) afternoon inspection sheets from drivers / technicians.
Compilation of incident reports upon request by management or as incident is incurred.Issue, collection, and security of vehicle keys at shift start and shift end.Collection of any vehicle monitoring video upon request by management includes pre and post incident media.Interfaces with Law Enforcement as needed to ensure proper reporting and security of incidents.Must maintain accountability of all laboratory supplies and kits.Works with CSC-Ops person to maintain proper supplies and inventory.Must manage supplies and kits inventory in storage center and technician on hand storage.Must maintain appropriate stock levels in storage center and vehicle for technicians.Submits daily report of Trunk Bin stock level as well as storage center.Adjusts stock levels based on weekly or monthly usage accordingly based upon usage.Will learn essential administrative areas of business processes.Tracks status of Orders entered into system as required updates daily all pertinent areas of information.Maintains operational database of customer and stakeholder data compiling useful data.Manage Operational dashboard via MONDAY.com© ensures deadlines and data are updated for the team and customer adhering to all deadlines and in-progress reviews.Ability to learn and implement quality improvement methodology and tools such as process Flow Diagramming and can create sound flow-charts and diagrams for planning and operational use.Will gain understanding of medical product category management and associated supplies.Will initiate and complete projects as dictated by management within set deadlines and in progress.Leads team understanding for business processes specifically for mobile phlebotomy services within a given market area which includes but is not limited to :Routes Management.
