Job Title : Licensed Certified School Nurse (CSN) Full Time, Onsite

Location : Near Fishtown, PA.

Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Certified School Nurse (CSN) to serve as the Building Nurse for a K-8 campus. In this role, you will provide leadership and support to the existing nursing team on campus, ensuring the delivery of quality health services for students.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care, including first aid, chronic condition management, and emergency response for students

Administer medications and perform prescribed medical procedures

Maintain accurate and confidential health records in pliance with state and district guidelines

Oversee and support nurses on campus to ensure consistent health service delivery

Manage and monitor individual student health plans (IEPs, 504 plans, asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.)

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM

Wednesdays extended hours : 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 40 PM

Qualifications :

Current Licensed Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential required

CPR / BLS certification

Experience in school nursing preferred
