• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit.\n
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).\n
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.\n
• Develop and maintain quality monitoring systems for the assigned unit(s).\n
• Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.\n
• Ensure a high level of associate, patient and physician satisfaction.\n
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.\nRequirements\n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.\n
• Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n\nEducation : \n
