What Will You Do?
Manage front lobby / reception areaCoordinate office needs such as ordering and stocking supplies, arranging conference rooms and assisting with interviews.Assist Marketing, Recruiting, Accounting and Sales with various tasksProcess mailGreet interviewees and other visitors to the office and connect them with the correct member of the CARCHEX teamPrepare and mail customer correspondenceCommunicate with building management regarding facility issuesOther duties as assignedWhat's In It For You?
