The Execution Planner plays an interconnected role with various functions of the business consuming and sharing information back and forth down the value chain within the S&OE timeframe for their item set. Responsible for near-term decisions related to product transfers, production prioritizations, order management requests, raw / packaging material shortages, age / freshness management, and managing the frozen production schedule. The Execution Planner also drives continuous improvement initiatives raised through S&OE meeting structure by utilizing exception management, performance trends and problem-solving skills.

What are we looking for?

• B.S. or BA in supply chain management, science and / or engineering
• 1-3 years of supply chain experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods company
• Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably JDA, E2open or RapidResponse)
• Experience in working internationally in a fast paced, reputable global consumer product company organized in a matrix structure
• Demonstrated ability to influence areas not under direct control to achieve objectives and effectively communicate challenging goals and objectives
• Demonstrate ability to be consistently reliable, proactive and available to triage supply disruptions and effectively manage time around critical priorities
• Up to 20% travel
