Requirements :

Board Certified Otolaryngology - REQUIRED

Active CO License - REQUIRED or Active IMLC

Must be able to perform all of the required procedures in job description - REQUIRED TO NOTE AT NAME CLEAR

Must be able to supervise - REQUIRED TO NOTE

Active ACLS (AHA) - REQUIRED

Clean background / no malpractice - REQUIRED

COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
