At our beautiful, resident-centered nursing home in  Mineral Wells , we believe every moment counts — and we’re looking for someone who can turn ordinary days into  extraordinary memories .

What You’ll Do :

Dream up and deliver fun, engaging activities that keep our residents smiling — from music and crafts to themed socials and outings.

Build strong relationships with residents and families, making everyone feel at home.

Lead a creative team and bring fresh, exciting ideas to life.

Work alongside our care team to ensure every resident can participate and thrive.

Be the reason someone laughs today!

What Makes You Shine :

A big, warm personality with creativity to spare.

Experience in senior living, recreation, or hospitality (preferred, but not required if you’ve got the passion!).

Great organization skills and a can-do attitude.

A Texas Activities Director certification (or willingness to get one — we’ll help!).
