Mix of Peds and Adults (will consider IM only).EMR : EPIC. Chart closure within 72 hours.Scope : Chronic Pain Management.Requirements of the Family Medicine / Internal Medicine role : CA state license; active, unrestricted. DEACredentialing 30-90 days (quicker with responsiveness).Board Certified (ABMS or AOB certified).
