We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage payroll processes for a mid-sized workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state operations. Your expertise in payroll systems and regulations will be essential to maintaining efficient and timely payroll operations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and execute full-cycle payroll processes for a workforce of 101-500 employees.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom to process and manage payroll operations.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including wage and tax information.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support audits and provide documentation related to payroll processes.
- Proven experience with full-cycle payroll management.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage payroll for a mid-sized workforce (101-500 employees).
