Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations, team development, and customer engagement. This role is a hands-on mix of leadership, retail expertise, and personal styling. The Assistant Manager leads by example, helps drive sales, and ensures that the store runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service and personalized styling to all customers
  • Support clientele and local community engagement efforts
  • Help handle customer concerns with warmth and professionalism

Leadership & Team Support

  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
  • Support daily staff scheduling and delegation of tasks
  • Help maintain a positive, motivated, and inclusive team culture
  • Step in as acting Manager when needed

    • Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Assist in opening / closing procedures and day-to-day store operations
  • Support visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards
  • Help manage inventory, restocks, and transfers
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a safe retail environment

    • Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in retail, with leadership or key holder experience preferred
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer connection
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
