As a Sales Representative in our dynamic call center, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to commercial prospects via cold calls and educate them on our energy services. You'll receive thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure success.
Objective : To consistently meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where product knowledge, communication, and persistence are key.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to commercial prospects.
- Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone.
- Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses.
- Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction.
- Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM.
