The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership and stakeholders with campaign performance reports, with data-driven recommendations for future optimization and strategic plans to grow the impact of lifecycle marketing across new channels and capabilities.
- Own customer journey development, including strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, journey pathing, campaign execution, creative testing, analytics measurement, and campaign performance readouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data & Analytics, Client Happiness, Creative, and Legal teams to deliver high-impact lifecycle programs.

Shape the customer journey and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive deeper engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value across Earnest products.Lead important initiatives, ensure flawless campaign execution, deliver revenue and engagement growth, and drive innovation in lifecycle marketing strategies.About You
6+ years of experience in a B2C email marketing or lifecycle marketing role in a corporate or agency environment.4+ years of experience developing lifecycle / CRM engagement programs.Proven ability to present campaign strategies, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.Experience developing marketing plans balancing financial objectives and customer experience goals.Expertise in audience segmentation and targeting using database and real-time event data.Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.Experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (Braze preferred; others valuable : Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Responsys).Nice to Have
Experience with programmatic marketing scripting languages (Liquid preferred; AmpScript, GTL also valuable).Experience building and optimizing automated campaigns and experimentation frameworks.Strong project management skills with tools such as Jira, Workfront, or Basecamp.Excellent attention to detail and adherence to QA processes.Where
This role will be based in the United States.Compensation & Benefits
Salary range : $135,000—$170,000 USD. The starting pay is determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location, and budget, and may be adjusted in the future.
