Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Slot Ambassador at First Light Casino in East Taunton, MA. The Slot Ambassador will be responsible for assisting guests with slot machine operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive gaming experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of slot machine operations a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the casino or hospitality industry is a plus
