Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 4x10 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week

    • \n

  • 13-week assignment starting 11 / 17 / 2025 or ASAP

    • \n

  • Assist during surgical procedures by maintaining sterile surgical field integrity

    • \n

  • Provide instrumentation as needed to surgical team

    • \n

  • Must possess expertise in sterile and aseptic technique with knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures

    • \n

  • Maintain and check all items for proper packaging, processing, and sterile indicators

    • \n

  • Monitor sterile field for contamination events and initiate corrective action

    • \n

  • Working towards competency or competent with Tier 1 surgical cases

    • \n

  • Participate in Time Out Process including briefings and debriefings

    • \n

  • Assist with patient transports, room turnovers, and room preparation

    • \n

  • Clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization

    • \n

  • Licensed as Surgical Technologist in Colorado required

    • \n

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association required

    • \n

  • Must complete online learning requirements and have working knowledge of English

    • \n

  • Physical demands include 50% standing, 20% walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally

    • \n

  • Must be able to care for patients of all age groups from neonatal to geriatric

    • \n\n
