Program Highlights : Duration : 3 weeks
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Structure :
Weeks 1-2 : Classroom instruction & lab practice
Week 3 : Clinical experience with local healthcare partners
What You'll Learn :
Personal care skills : bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation
Patient advocacy and communication
Safe patient handling and observation techniques
Specimen collection and post-mortem care

Attendance is mandatory - missing any part of the training forfeits your spot
This program is eligible for the Iowa state nurse aide exam
Pre-employment requirements must be completed before starting : drug screen, physical, and background check
