Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Restoration Contents Mover / Packer who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated by hard work. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in physical work, enjoys working in a team environment, and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service in challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pack, move, and inventory contents from residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other disasters.
• Ensure items are protected and handled with respect, especially those of sentimental or high value to our customers.
• Assist in cleaning and restoring furniture / contents and job sites according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience during emotionally stressful times.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and storage areas.
• Support crew leads and project managers with on-site tasks and documentation.
