The Embassy Suites South Florida Complex is looking for their next Complex Catering Sales Manager to join their team. Hotels included in the complex is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street, Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa and Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport.
The headquarters office for sales is based out of the Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street, centrally located just blocks from Port Everglades and the Broward County Convention Center. This hotel has 361 guestrooms and 13,000 sf. of flexible meeting space. The Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach was recently renovated in 2024 with 244 guestrooms and 9,000 sf of flexible meeting space while the Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport has 318 guestrooms with 12,247 sq ft. of flexible meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a hotel catering or group sales environment, with a proven track record of converting group leads into successful bookings. They are highly motivated to act on leads and consistently deliver positive results, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm in showcasing the hotel to potential group clients.
Shift Pattern : Typical office hours of 8 : 30AM 5 : 00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement for the hotel.

What will I be doing?
As a Complex Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of market segment(s) including solicitation of new customer relationships, and negotiation of business through proposals and contracts to close business. Creative design of menus and events to maximize revenue and event experience. Maintain existing relationships with corporate and social accounts. Fostering all internal customer relationships to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events. Directs event logistics to affected departments and team members responsible for event execution. Serve as the primary contact and is responsible for his / her experience.
