We are seeking a highly capable and mature Lead Security Officer (Concierge) to anchor our team at a high-end, high-traffic luxury residential building located in the vibrant Chicago Loop .

This isn't a quiet desk job. You will be the face of the property, requiring a unique blend of superior customer service, technical agility, and mature composure to manage a highly dynamic environment. If you thrive on being the central point of contact, ensuring safety while managing sophisticated technology, and can handle anything from a tenant's request to a complex situation on the street, we want to talk to you.

📅 Schedule Details

This is a Union position. Must be able to hold over 4 hours as needed.

• Weekend Shift 1st / 2nd : Saturday and Sunday 0700-1500
• Weekday Shift 2nd : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1500-2300
