Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator in our Fort Payne, AL Distribution Center. Join our team today! Schedule : Monday-Friday, 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm (2nd shift) $19.50 / hr PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector / cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Use technology like RF and Voice devices to pick, sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Regular and Reliable Attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range : $15.00 - $22.61 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
