We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent who is ready to learn to generate opportunities and build a path toward becoming a future listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This is an ideal entry point for someone motivated to develop skills within a proven structure and grow alongside a top-producing team.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

In this position, you’ll learn to identify sales opportunities, connect with motivated buyers and sellers, and generate qualified leads that support the team in closing transactions. You’ll benefit from consistent lead opportunities, active listings to reference, and direct mentorship from experienced agents who will help you sharpen your skills and gain traction.

Compensation :

$75,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
  • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
  • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent

  • Qualifications :

  • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a real estate license
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
