Doctor of Business Administration Faculty

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the Doctor of Business Administration program.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor capstone students and support their learning and development in a distance learning environment

Instruct content or research methodology courses based on student enrollment and faculty credentials

Provide timely feedback and maintain availability for student inquiries outside of online discussions

Required Qualifications

Terminal degree in Business Administration (PhD, DBA) or a related field from an accredited institution

At least 1 year of experience serving doctoral students

Evidence of continuing scholarly or creative work within the past 5 years

Strong background in research methodology, particularly in quantitative methods

Experience in an online instructional setting at the graduate level
