  • Our Crew Leaders average $1,000$1,200 / week
  • Top earners make $25+ / hour

    • We use a performance-based pay structure similar to profit sharing the more you produce, the more you earn. Techs who show drive and leadership can move up quickly.

    What Youll Do :

  • Provide pressure washing, soft washing, and surface cleaning services
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Valid drivers license + clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  • Dependable, team-focused, and coachable
  • No experience needed. We will train you
