We are seeking a dynamic and organized Job Developer who will also be responsible for documentation, billing oversight, and adherence to policies. The ideal candidate will have a people-first mindset and a track record of delivering results in service-oriented environments.

- Carries a caseload of clients.
- Auditing, billing, documentation review, and administrative processes.
- Work closely with admissions, MTC program managers, success coaches, evaluators, and program excellence team members to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience for all individuals served.
- Market and promote methods of job development to employers and businesses.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business, employment agencies, sheltered workshops and other sources of employment.
- Research, identify, and solicit commitments for probable clients.
- Create and market job opportunities for clients.
- Work with job seekers, employment counselors, and employers.
- Provide client preparation, placement services, job coaching, and retention services.
- Complete all assessments to find out intentions and interests, meet with possible employers, and provide client with employment options.
- Assist with resume development, proper work attire, filling out applications, identifying transportation options, and interview practice.
- Accurately and in a timely manner, document all services provided to client receiving services.
- Utilize AI, as needed, to assist in notes, reports, etc.
- Maintain and update all required information in case files for assigned clients.
- Develop IEP, career plans for employment with the client input and provide needed support to each client to achieve stated goals.
- Solicit feedback from employers and make changes for future placements.
- Complete all required employee training on an annual or renewal basis.
- Ensure satisfaction surveys are completed for each individual served on an annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with all MTC policies and procedures, requirements of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and other regulatory agencies.
- Treat everyone with civility, kindness, active listening, and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
- Maintains a collaborative work environment and works well with others.
- All other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of related experience. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is required. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with billing systems and databases. Excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under limited direction while working under pressure to meet goals and deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Time management, highly organized, and detail-oriented, is required. Night and weekend work may be required. Must pass level II background / fingerprinting and drug screening.
Compensation : Full-time; Mid-$40K range
