The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while emphasizing the importance of patient and employee safety and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
