The Opportunity :

As an Integrated Project Team Lead, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll execute and deliver programs in support of Hypersonic Testing systems. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, Mission Partners, Chief Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors, Program Management, and more.

You Have :

• 4+ years of experience in a project management role
• 2+ years of experience managing subcontractors through Statement of Work execution
• Experience with planning project resources to build and manage project delivery
• Experience managing highly technical mechanical, hardware or facility projects
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
• Ability to manage project scope and schedule for all elements of a project
• Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to project stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of scheduled milestones
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
