The Administrative Assistant role involves maintaining physical and digital filing systems using SharePoint, providing administrative support, organizing schedules, and managing timecards. Responsibilities include making travel arrangements, handling per diems and reimbursements, creating work orders, and performing credit card reconciliation. The position also assists with test reports, email correspondence, data management, and document drafting. Additional duties include conducting research, collaborating with staff, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with invoice billing when needed.
Qualifications : 1-3 years of related experience, office experience, and intermediate Excel experience.
