The Strategy and Visualization team with Humana's Medicaid Business Intelligence organization solves complex data and process gaps to help drive more efficient and actionable operational insights. We support innovation and governance across Medicaid's reporting ecosystem, ensuring that analytics, automation, and visualization solutions are both scalable and sustainable as our business continues to quickly grow. Our team partners closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize analytics functions, optimize data pipelines, and enhance decision-making through intuitive, well-governed reporting tools. At times, we act as internal business process consultants, identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and championing solutions that enable teams to focus more on outcomes and less on manual processes. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 plays a key leadership role in designing and delivering end to end reporting solutions across Humana's Medicaid Markets. This position drives development of intuitive, audience aligned dashboards and reporting tools that empower business leaders to make informed decisions, track performance, and align with enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and product thinking. They balance deep analytical rigor with a passion for user-centered design and operational clarity.

Pay Range : $66,800 - $91,100 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
