Overview

At Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), we're looking for a Survey Principal to lead and expand our established survey practice in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who's ready to shape the future of surveying in the region. You'll collaborate with senior managers and executives, drive business development, and provide technical oversight on a wide range of projects within your local community.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Visioning & Leadership :

• Identify opportunities to grow the practice through expanded services and new client relationships.
• Support business development and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with other practices to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
• Technical Expertise :

Provide QA / QC oversight on field and office procedures.

Mentor and train survey staff to support professional growth and team development.

About Us

CEC Bridgeport is part of our West Virginia operations, which also includes offices in Martinsburg and Charleston. CEC Bridgeport is focused on expanding CEC's presence in West Virginia. CEC selected Bridgeport to become the West Virginia office based on the growth in the region and the approximation to the major development in north central West Virginia.
