Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct initial assessments upon patient admission and develop tailored care plans based on individual and family needs.
• Implement nursing interventions and modify care plans based on continuous evaluation and patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Promote a safe environment by identifying and addressing safety hazards and incidents.
• Engage in constructive communication with colleagues to foster professional development and enhance team knowledge.
• Fulfill departmental competencies and take initiative in identifying personal learning needs.

Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year (AHA)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.39 - $52.27 per hour . This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and shifts worked.
