Customer Service / Material Coordinator
Job Purpose : Benefits start on your first day! Primary responsibilities include interpreting customer demand signal, loading customer demand into LN ERP system, and working with production scheduling to drive operations to fulfill customer demand. Requires coordination with material requirements and operations teams to ensure a smooth, executable production schedule. Works with logistics to ship material to the customer. First point of contact with customers.

Education / Training : High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree Preferred); Minimum 1 Year Customer Service experience preferred.

Qualifications and Experience : Proficient knowledge of PC Data entry; Knowledge of LN ERP Customer Service preferred; Microsoft Office Proficient level skills Intermediate level (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Power BI); Ability to comfortably present to team members and other area leaders; Strong interpersonal / communication / prioritization skills; Office climate. ~25% shop floor time required; Infrequent need to physically move material. Must be able to team lift up to 55 lbs.; must be able to push and pull up to 125 lbs.
