Join our Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager, where you’ll serve as the trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients—helping them achieve exceptional results through RentVision’s digital marketing and revenue management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on digital marketing and revenue management tactics and strategies specific to the multifamily industry.
• Drive product adoption and utilization.
• Proactively manage client relationships to increase retention.
• Coordinate and execute on client servicing requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve client goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities & bring in the right people to win new business from existing clients.
