Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping young children build foundational motor skills. The ideal candidate values collaboration, ongoing learning, and family-engaged therapy.

Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs developmental needs.
Provide engaging, play-based, child-led physical therapy services for infants and toddlers with gross motor delays, torticollis, neuromotor challenges, and conditions common in early childhood.
Collaborate closely with caregivers, offering guidance and home strategies that support progress beyond the center-based school.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in alignment with center-based school standards.
Participate in team meetings, community partnerships, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master's in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
Current state licensure (or eligibility).
Experience in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric center-based schoolal rotations are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
CPR certification.
Compensation
Competitive salary range :
Full-Time : $80,000 to $130,000 annually
Part-Time : Pro-rated based on hours
Additional compensation opportunities available based on experience and specialization.
