Infrastructure Accounting Manager

The Infrastructure Account Team supports the annual multi-billion-dollar growth of Meta's Infrastructure investment globally. You will need to work well with cross-functional teams, provide accounting and process guidance for decision making, and manage a significant portion of Meta's infrastructure investment on our balance sheet. You will need to recognize how to strike a balance on getting the details right, while still moving fast enough to support the rapid business growth.

Infrastructure Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives as the accounting Point of Contact for Infrastructure Teams
• Understand how systems work to drive improvements and automation. Be a team lead to implement IT solutions in the subject areas. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts and drive critical system projects
• Manage the accounting infrastructure projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls
• Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing business initiatives in order to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare accounting memos and update accounting policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to enable process changes
• Work closely with financial planning and other finance teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and internal policies through effective communications and execution
• Manage some of our key SOX controls as well as providing input for audits performed by business partners, internal auditors, and external auditors

$113,000 / year to $165,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
