INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW :

The general purpose of this position is to train in all aspects of a Merchandising position. Interns will work closely with the Retail Director to creatively display merchandise, manage inventory levels, and analyze sales data. There will be opportunity to create / recommend new products to implement in store. This position will be highly interactive with our customers in order to extend the exceptional experience at Ballparks of America through retail product.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Create an outstanding customer experience
• Organizing store items
• Help track merchandise inventory and reorder levels
• Research on latest industry trends
• Help execute consumer products business plan and monitor overall retail performance
• Work with the management team to interpret data including tracking merchandise sales and performance within the retail store and online
• Helping brainstorm new products and merchandise strategies
