The Role :

Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary interface for customers. You'll navigate our ERP system (SAP), our Sales Order Automation tool, as well as our B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Consistently deliver high quality service that instills customer confidence and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities :

• Interpret and process customer requests and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to satisfy customer requirements.
• Create and maintain ERP system records with a superior level of accuracy.
• Maintain Company product and service knowledge sufficient to satisfy customer needs.
• Consistently provide accurate, prompt, professional service, and follow-up.
• Decisively resolve routine customer concerns.
• Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.

Shift Hours : Hybrid / remote working hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00pm EST.

Onsite training in Keene, NH 5 days a week for approximatly 4-6 weeks during normal daytime office hours.

Pay Range : - per hour

Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
