Job Description
Our Vancouver client has an immediate need for a temporary Billing Specialist. This organization has a longstanding history in the PNW, an amazing culture and team. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday.
As the Billing Specialist you will be responsible for the following:
· Match BOLs and accurately bill shipped orders from warehouses; resolve discrepancies.
· Monitor unbilled orders to insure all shipped orders are billed in a timely manner.
· Complete daily open order reports for management.
· Pre-audit orders by comparing orders to customer purchase orders.
· Post audit invoices for accuracy.
· Provides backup up for other billing department staff as needed.
