In this pivotal position, you will lead clinical operations, champion quality and safety, and foster a patient-centered approach within our Internal Medicine Department.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Medical Director, you will :

• Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellence in patient care.
• Oversee physician recruitment and mentorship, ensuring a supportive environment for growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve departmental goals.
• Emphasize evidence-based medicine and best practices in a fast-paced setting.
• Support the onboarding process for new physicians and advanced practice providers.
