Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Lead Contract Support Specialist II to join our team of Contract Support professionals. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative services to our clients within a specific business unit. Success in this position requires a thorough understanding of contract scopes and a proactive approach to managing internal and client procedures, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide oversight to ensure effective utilization of the Contract Support Team.
  • Facilitate team development through training and mentorship for outstanding service delivery.
  • Lead Debt Management initiatives, analyzing management reports, including profit and loss (P&L), work in progress (WIP), and outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with billing and expense report processes as per company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize financial targets.
  • Compile and analyze data for monthly Contract Review meetings to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
  • Participate in the Business Unit forecasting process.
  • Foster robust client and vendor relationships to optimize supplier usage and compliance.
  • Prepare management reports and coordinate the maintenance of sub-contractor files.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in contract management or client care within financial institutions.
  • Basic accounting skills and experience with A / P and A / R processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced financial calculations and analyses.
