As a Member Services Specialist, you will :

• The Member Services Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members. This position is responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing complaints in a professional and timely manner. The role focuses on assisting members with healthcare-related needs, including insurance inquiries, benefit explanations, and general account support. This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
• Meet expectations aligned with the client’s competency framework (Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders).
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from members regarding healthcare-related questions and concerns.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Provide clear and accurate information about insurance benefits, claims, coverage, and related topics.
• Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and understanding their rights and responsibilities.
• Investigate and resolve member complaints and escalations promptly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have : The ideal candidate will have will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, with experience handling calls and assisting members with healthcare-related needs, including insurance inquiries, benefit explanations, and general account support.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $18 - $20 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
