A helper - you can easily mend fences and have a knack for winning hearts and minds. Provide nursing support and consultation with the state's Nurse Practice Act and physician orders. Ensure individuals receive routine and preventative health services and medication administration is completed accurately according to regulations. Provide health related education to those served and those who serve in the agency. Maintain and review electronic healthcare records to monitor pertinent health status, provide accurate and through documentation and update agency leaders as needed Build effective relationships with colleagues, persons served and their providers and families / guardians. State license required in nursing, Bachelors' or Associates degree in nursing 1 year of nursing experience, if new LPN you can substitute 3 years of CNA / CMA experience Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds. What YOU'LL will do :
SCHEDULE : Nights, 12 hour shifts, can work up to 24 hours a week - required to work at least 24 hours a quarter, NO HOLIDAY, ONCALL or NO WEEKEND hours requirements, travel to Beatrice may be required - agency vehicle provided.
