Responsibilities Supervise and mentor hourly production employees Evaluate and refine manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality control Oversee and manage distribution logistics Liaise with the heads of 13+ bars Inspect products prior to shipment Enforce and refine safety procedures Create and oversee good manufacturing processes (GMPs), and employee training Manage, create, and enforce employee schedules Generate purchasing and sales reports for accounting Maintain kitchen equipment, independently contact service experts as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of kitchen or manufacturing experience required 1+ years of experience managing a team Bachelor’s degree with an operations focus, or kitchen / manufacturing leadership experience Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time Excel and Google Docs experience required ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification required (can be obtained after starting) Must have strong interpersonal skills Spanish and English fluency preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Demonstrate attention to detail Benefits Annual compensation $62-79K, hourly compensation $30-38 / hr Company sponsored medical / dental / vision / chiro benefits are offered to all qualifying employees Matching 401(k) is offered to qualifying employees Commuter check benefit Please send your cover letter and resume to hr@futurebars.com to apply.
