Job Details

• Maintain good client relations
• Open accounts and refer new products & services when appropriate
• Lead sales efforts by setting goals, coaching the team, and identifying opportunities
• Maintain an efficient and productive work environment
• Manage all areas of the team's performance
• Identify opportunities for expansion within the market
• Educate & advise clients to assist in meeting their financial goals
• Have a firm understanding of Fortifi Bank's products and services
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service to clients
