Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are working with a well established accounting firm in the Destin / Fort Walton area that is looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their team.

Position details :

• Qualifications Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper  5+ years of bookkeeping experience  Software : QuickBooks Online, MS Office, Outlook Must be comfortable in a client facing role Strong verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Managing the monthly bookkeeping for multiple client accounts Supervision of accounting staff Manage client relationships Review financial statements & account reconciliations Prepare / Review journal entries & general ledger accounts for input accuracy Accurate review & preparation of payroll reports, sales tax reports & expense reports They offer competitive salary, a flexible work schedule and a great team environment.
