The Facilities Experience Ambassador will serve as a member of our office operations and location services team that will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service, and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations.
The FEA oversees the daily maintenance of the entire office to include 3 floors and a storage area. This person will also build and maintain relationships with vendors. Additional duties may include expense reporting and reconciliation, invoice duties, and projects in MS Office.
Tasks to include, but not limited to :
- May stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy rooms, coffee / vending areas, etc.).
- May provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
- May act as a point of contact for external providers (e.g., shredding contractor, vending / coffee supplier, cleaning contractors).
- May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
- May conduct floor walks and report any maintenance repairs to be completed by the building management office or external general contractors or suppliers.
- May carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety and maintain records.
- May possess general knowledge about HVAC units.
Must have : - HS Diploma.
- High level of professionalism with a good executive presence demonstrating poise and calm demeanor.
- High level of energy and passion for hospitality, creating engaging dynamic guest experiences.
- Minimum of 3 years hospitality or customer service experience in hotel, restaurant, conference services & event management or corporate functions setting.
- Experience independently completing a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set up, A / V support, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal leadership.
