Job Description

As a Security Professional - Education Entry Specialist in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at an educational location. Your responsibilities include managing access control, assisting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while remaining highly visible at the front desk to help to deter security-related incidents. You will represent Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first as you communicate and interact with students, staff, and visitors throughout your shift.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
