The Director of Project Management in the Operations group is a core member of the Innovation team and will work cross-functionally to orchestrate activities and priorities that drive project execution. The leader is responsible for managing risk, communicating priorities, and ensuring that project speed and agility align with each project's complexity and regulatory requirements.

As the bridge between Produce Development and commercialization, you will take ideas from concept to market, coordinating cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will significantly impact company growth by ensuring the timely and successful launch of new products and the execution of site transfers.
