West Branch

80 licensed-bed hospital

15-20 patients per provider

Vent management required- working a 12 bed open ICU (3-8 patients on average) and access to telehealth intensivist in Midland, if needed. Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine available as well

Average 15 patients, APP rounds ICU as well. Hospitalist team support available

Must be experienced and comfortable rounding on own

Midland

325 beds

Closed ICU, intensivist available 24 / 7

Average census around 20 patients each

Alma (previously known as Gratiot)

96 beds

Average census around 45-50, 15-18 per provider

Open ICU, pulmonologist available 24 / 7

Requirement : candidate must present 50 inpatient logs within the last 12 months

Available shifts vary, Tuesday-Monday rotations preferred

Patients per shift : 18
