We are seeking an Engineering Manager, Security & Compliance to own the day-to-day operations of our Cybersecurity Program and co-own the Cybersecurity Roadmap with leadership. This role manages a small team responsible for GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response, and will partner closely with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and influence skills, including high emotional intelligence and experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, coupled with well-rounded cybersecurity acumen across a full security program in a fast-paced technology environment. They should also have experience building and maintaining processes and controls, and be able to prioritize risk remediation effectively.

What You'll Do :

• Owning and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Cybersecurity Program, including :
• Cybersecurity Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Cybersecurity Assurance
• Privacy Ops
• Product Security
• Security Operations Center (SOC)
• IT Security
• Incident Response
• Co-own the Cybersecurity Roadmap with leadership.
• Manage a small team responsible for GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response.
• Partner closely with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs.
• Build and maintain processes and controls, and prioritize risk remediation effectively.

What You Have :

The national cash compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 per year.
