Title : Epic PB Resolute Professional Billing Consultant

Location : San Mateo, California

Job Description :

You will lead or participate in all phases of the Epic Professional Billing implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize the Epic PB application to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collect, analyze, and document workflows and operational data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to end users.
• Support system interfaces and ensure integrity of security configurations.
• Participate in testing processes, software upgrades, user training, and system go-lives.
• Troubleshoot EHR-related issues and work closely with users and vendors.
• Maintain test environments, analyze new Epic releases, and ensure quality assurance protocols are followed.
